Take a bowl add all purpose flour, maize flour,salt,2 tsp oil and make a dhough with help of water Leave it for 15 min

After 15 min heat oil in a pan knead dhough and take some portion make boll and role it with the help of rolling pin make hall from folk and cut it into triangle shape

Now crisp deep fry the nachos

Sprinkle chaat masala..
