Soak sabudana overnight.

Add mashed and boiled potatoes to it.

Roast peanuts, and peel off them and then powere it in the grinder.

Add this powder to the above mashed sabudana and potatoes.

Now add green chilli paste, some lemon drops, sugar and salt to it. Mix them well.

Now make small balls from it and then press them to make tikki shape.

Shallow fry the tikkis.

Your crispy sabudana tikkis are ready. Serve them with green chutney and tomato sauce.
