1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup beetroot pulp
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cupWhipping cream

Take a big mouth bowl put whipped cream add sugar beat well

Then add remaining all ingredients again beat well it forms nice texture

Pour this batter on air tight container close lid keep refrigerator 5 hours

Open take out scoop of ice cream in a serving bowl garnish with beetroot and mint
