Steps

Soak basil, rosemary, oregano in olive oil.

Take All purpose flour in a bowl.Add salt and mix.

In another small bowl take warm water,add sugar and yeast.Cover and keep to ferment 10mins

Add yeast mixture to All purpose flour and mix.Make a soft dough.Knead further adding butter.Knead 10mins till glutten is formed.

Cover the dough and rest it for an hour or two till double in size.

Punch the fermented dough.Take a baking tray and grease.

Now take the dough and make a loaf like and put in the tray.

On top pour the olive, rosemary, oregano mixture evenly.Press a little and cover this 30mins.

Bake in preheated oven at 200c for 20mins

Check if baked of not.Bake further if undone.

Take off from oven and put on wired tray.Let hot air go off.

Cut into pcs and enjoy.
