For bhature,take maida in a vessel add salt baking powder mix well

Now add curd,spinach pury mix well

Add water add needed and knead a soft dough,leave it for 15-20min.

After 20min.Take a medium sized ball of dough roll it with roller pin,it should be rolled thick not thin

Heat oil in a deep pan,add rolled bhatura in hot oil and fry

For chhole,take onion,garlic,ginger,cumin seeds,bay leaf,dalchini,green chilli in a mixer jar and make a fine paste

Also make fine pury of tomatoes

Heat oil in a pan add prepared onion paste in hot oil and saute to golden brown colour

Now add tomato pury and mix well and cook

Add salt,redchilli powder,turmeric powder,chhole masala,Coriander powder mix and cook till oil separates

Add boiled chhole or chickpeas miX well

Add tamarind paste mix and cook for 2min.

Add little water close lid a the cook for another 2min.On low flame

Switch off the flame and garnish chhole with Coriander with leaves

Serve chhole with palak bhature along with onion and lemon enjoy
