  • Taro, wood ear mushrooms, lemongrass, mung beans
  • Tofu, fermented soybean paste, a little cornstarch
  • Black pepper
  • Seasoning, MSG
  • Five-spice powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop and mix all the ingredients, season, and roll as usual.

  2. 2

    These vegetarian betel leaf rolls use only natural ingredients and no artificial flavoring, so they do not have a beef aroma.

  3. 3

    When frying, use low heat so the taro cooks through and becomes tender (since the ingredients are not pre-sautéed as in some other recipes).
