  • 4large potatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Chop them into small strips. I prefer them being very small.

  3. 3

    Put them in hot water for ten minutes.then remove and dry them.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a sufuria. When hot start to deep-fry the potatoes.

  5. 5

    Fry them until crispy

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and dry them then serve.
