Steps

Chop a cup of methi and palak and blanch rest of the leaves

Heat oil add chopped onion and garlic

Add the chopped leaves and Potatoes, saute

Meanwhile grind the boiled leaves

Add salt and red chilli powder into the pan

Now add the puree and saute until it reduces

Finally add sugar and curd

Mix well and switch off the heat

Garnish it with slitted green chilli chopped tomatoes and drops of curd
