4eggs, beaten
1/2onion, finely chopped
1/2green pepper, chopped
1green chillies
1/2tomato, diced
2 TBSolive oil
To tastesalt
To tastepaprika
To tasteground black pepper

Pour oil in a pan let it warms

Then pour that beaten eggs and cover the whole pan and followed with onion, chillies pepper and tomato then spice the omelette

Fold it and turn it over the other side

Then plate it as it is ready. Enjoy the omelette
