200 gramteasle gourd
2Potatoes
1/4pumpkin
1 tspnigella seeds
1/2 tspturmeric powder
2-3green chillies chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Cut the vegetables into cubes

Heat oil temper nigella seeds and green chillies
3

Add vegetables and saute
4

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover
5

Stir it occasionally removing the cover
6

As the vegetables get soft and moist add sugar mix well
7

Serve it with rice or chapati
