  • 2 tbsSoy sauce
  • 1 tbsdry sherry
  • 1 tbsHosin sauce
  • 1 tspRice vinegar
  • 1 tbsSesame oil
  • 1 tbsminced garlic
  • 1 Tbspeeled and minced ginger
  • 4 cupscole slaw mix or shredded cabbage
  • 6 ozEverRoast Chicken breast, shredded or thin sliced
  • 1/4 cupsliced green onions
  • 12Living Lettuce leaves
  • 1/8 cupchopped cashews

  1. 1

    Combine the soy and hosin sauce, the rice vinegar, and sherry in a small bowl and whisk vigorously.

  2. 2

    In a large skillet over medium high heat, coat with oil and saute ginger and garlic for 30 seconds. Add sauce mixture and cole slaw and cook for 2 mins.

  3. 3

    Add chicken and onions to pan and cook for 2 additional mins. Remove from heat and add cashews, serve on lettuce leaves.
