Ingredients

1 serving
  1. #Chicken Marinade Recipe
  2. 200 gramsskinless chicken breast (about 7 ounces)
  3. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  4. 1 tsppaprika powder
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 tsplow sodium soy sauce
  7. 1 tbspwhole milk
  8. 1 tspolive oil (for greasing the pan)
  9. Toasted white and black sesame seeds (for garnish)
  10. Salad greens of your choice
  11. Salad dressing of your choice *Recommended: Japanese roasted sesame dressing

Steps

    Prepare the chicken breast by mixing all the marinade ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to let the flavors absorb.

  3. 3

    Heat a grill pan (a ridged pan will give nice grill marks, but a regular pan works too) over low to medium heat. Lightly grease with olive oil and grill the chicken, covering the pan.

  4. 4

    Grill the chicken for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken pieces.

  5. 5

    Prepare the salad greens, slice the grilled chicken on top, drizzle with salad dressing, and sprinkle with toasted white and black sesame seeds for garnish.
