Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 2cupRefined flour
  • 2 tablespoonHoney
  • 3/4 cupCurd
  • 2 tablespoonsButter
  • teaspoonFruit salt_1
  • 2 teaspoonsVinegar
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 3-4 dropsVanilla essence
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1/2 Lemon juice

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First take a bowl keep the strainer above the bowl add flour add fruit salt add vinegar into the fruit salt strain to the bowl

  2. 2

    Next take another bowl add curd,add milk, add vanilla essence,add pinch of salt mix well,add lemon juice half of lemon add honey

  3. 3

    Now add refined flour mix put slowly into the flour mix well

  4. 4

    Stirring continuously through the hand blender,

    Now cut paneer in thin pieces & add to the mix it's like dhosa like batter

  6. 6

    Now keep it for half an hour

  7. 7

    Take a nonstick pan add little oil spread to the pan add batter in same measurement spread cover with the lid keep rest for two minutes in low flame next flip fry all the pancake in same manner

    When done keep the all pancake in oven 180 c for 4 minutes, it's not necessary to use microwave. If you have you can use

    Spread honey to the pancake. Tasty paneer pancake is ready
