  • 2brinjals roasted
  • 1tomato roasted
  • 2-3green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsppanch foron
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel off the baingan and tomato, chop it

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper panch foron and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add the chopped baingan and tomato saute well adding salt and turmeric

  4. 4

    Add sugar and mix well

  5. 5

    Serve it with roti
