  • 5 pcslarge crabs🦀
  • 1 cancoconut milk
  • 2 pcsminced garlic
  • 1whole red onions chopped
  • Ginger
  • Jalapeno chili
  • Bell pepper
  • Carrots
  • Lettuce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fish sauce
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In sepate pan. Put crabs with water then add salt and bring to boil until change the color to orange. Then strained the water.

  2. 2

    In a separate casserole. Saute ginger, garlic, onions, bell pepper.

  3. 3

    Put a coconut milk then add water 1 cup in a saute veggies. Then bring to boil. Add crabs 🦀. Carrots and jalapeno chili cut in two.

  4. 4

    Add salt, pepper and fish sauce according to your taste then bring to boil..then put lettuce. Then off the stove. 😁😃😆😉

  5. 5

    Then enjoy your crabby coconut milk.. It's kinda hard to eat crabs 🦀 but it's so good 👍.
