4 servings

200 gramraw moong daal
1 tspcelery seeds
1/4 tspginger paste
1/4 tspasafoetida powder
1dry red chilli
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tsp ginger juice
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper celery seeds and red chilli

Add asafoetida and saute

Add daal turmeric powder and water
4

Cover till it become soft
5

Add sugar and boil
6

Finally add ginger juice and serve it with rice.
