Ingredients

50 servings
  1. 2 cupBadam
  2. 1 cupCandy sugar
  3. 25-30 strandsSaffron
  4. 1Jaiphal /nutmeg
  5. 3 tspCardamom powder
  6. 1/2 cupPistachios
  7. 1/2 cupCashews
  8. 1/4 cupwashed and dried soya bean seeds
  9. 1/2 cupCleaned, washed, dried rice 1/2 cup (optional)
  10. 1 ltrWater

Steps

6 hours
  1. 1

    Boil water, add almonds or badam, let it boil for 3 minutes.

    Turn off the flame, add normal cold water, strain it.

    Spread on clean cloth, peel off, again spread on dry cloth for 3-4 hours.

    In low flame fry for ten minutes.

    Keep aside till warm.

  6. 6

    Fry the remaining ingredients except candy sugar for 5 minutes in low flame.

  7. 7

    Keep aside until cool in room temperature.

  8. 8

    Now add in Mixie with candy sugar.

    Grind into a fine powder.

    Spread the powder on dry plate minimum one hour.

  11. 11

    Store in airtight jar for three months minimum.

    Use in required time by boiling a cup of milk, add a tsp of powder.

  13. 13

    Stir and boil once, have it either hot or cold.
