Pao de Queijo / Brazilian Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupstapioca flour
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1/2 cupbutter/margarine

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring to a boil the milk, salt and butter (stirring constantly).

  2. 2

    Remove from heat. Add and mix the tapioca flour, then the eggs and cheese.

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven to 400°F and make 20 balls with the dough.

  4. 4

    Bake for about 20 minutes - the top will be golden brown.

  5. 5

    Enjoy them while nice and warm 😊
