Stuffed Egg parantha

Eggs are easy and rich sauce of protein.
Steps

Take flour in a bowl add salt and kalonji.

Make Doug with the help of milk and water

Cut onion green chilli and coriander leave. In a bowl beat the tomato eggs and add all ingredients and beat again.

Heat the tava.roll 2 equal size chapati.

Cook both chapati bhi little. Pour the batter on one chapati and cover with another chapati.

Cook both sides with the help of deshi ghee, like parantha

Your stuffed eggs parantha is ready. Enjoy with chutney or sauce.

Note you can add more vegetables like capsicum, mushroom etc.
