This is a very rich recipe full of proteins
Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add jeera and allow to crackle.

Then add ginger, garlic and onion and fry till pink.

Then add haldi, chilli powder, garam masala, kashmiri chilli paste, roasted jeera powder and mix well.

Then add boiled masoor daal and other daals also.

Then add kasoori methi and mix well.

Then place a small bowl inside the daal and place a hot piece of coal and put 1tsp ghee and close immediately for 5 minutes.

Then remove the coal piece and serve hot garnished with coriander.
