Heat pan add 1 tb spoon oil roast vadi till light brown on medion heat. Keep in a bowl

Heat reaming oil add whole spices cumin finely chopped green chilli garlic and ginger fry it for a minute

Now add sliced onion and cook it till brown now add tomato and gry it now add all the dry spices and kaju and kishmish and cook it till oil sperated

Add roasted vadi in and give a nice mix add 2 cup water and cook it on slow heat till the vadi become tender.
