Now add ghee in the pan add cardamom,add bay leaves add crushed carrot in the pan

Next cover and cook up to half of the Carrot becomes add that time add Mawa mix well add Pinch of salt cover after ten minutes add milk mix well

When boiled carrot and milk add Nalen gur mix well low the flame

Add half of dry fruits mix well

When carrot thickens add to the bowl add remaining dry fruits and remaining mawa spread over it garnish with the rose petals
