Cabbage is loaded with vitamin ke, c, b6, manganese and so on. It is a green that we love, specially too cook. Cabbage huli is a simple recipe, one that can be served when there are loads of people at home. It is very simple and yummy.

Heat water in a vessel, add chopped cabbage and salt.

Cook in medium flame until soft.

In the meantime grind coconut by adding roasted Chanadal, green chilli, turmeric powder, jeera with sufficient buttermilk.

After smooth paste transfer into cooked cabbage.

Add sufficient water or remaining buttermilk.

Mix well, let it boil.

When it starts boiling from the sides and reaches the middle, take off flame.

Do seasoning and add it.

Add curry leaves, mix well and serve in hot with hot rice.
