Ingredients

  1. 1 cupshredded cheese
  2. 1/2 cupcorn
  3. 1/2 cupPaneer (cut into pieces)
  4. 1/2 cupbell peppers (red, yellow & green)finely chopped
  5. 1onion finely chopped
  6. 1tomato finely chopped (without pulp)
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  9. 1 tspseasoning (oregano,chilli flakes)
  10. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  11. 1 tspchilli sauce
  12. 6-7Brown Bread (cut it into circles shape)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add cheese,corn,Paneer,all veggies and all the spices and sauces mix it well.

  2. 2

    Then spoon the mixture over each bread circles (golden coins)

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven at 180’C
    Place the circles on a baking tray and bake for 6-8 mins

  4. 4

    Remove the baked golden coins from the baking tray and serve hot with tomato sauce
