Ingredients

250 gmsfresh cream
125 mlcondensed milk
to tasteSugar (I used 4 tsp)
1beetroot grated and blended to puree
1/2 tspVanilla essence

Steps

Whisk the cream to stiffness

Add sugar vanilla essence

Now add condensed milk and beetroot puree
4

Transfer in air tight container
5

After 3hrs open and mix well again
6

Keep in refrigerator to set again for 6 to 8 hrs
