Heat up a pan.Add ghee, hing and carrom seeds. Now cook ginger garlic paste for 1 min and add tomato puree

When it starts leaving ghee, add salt and red chilli powder. Now add spinach,chickpeas,chana masala and mix

Add the water left after boiling chickpeas. cover and cook for 5 mins

Serve with brown rice and salad to enjoy.
