Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfine rawa
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 5-6finely chopped green chillies
  4. 1 cupfinely chopped onions
  5. 1/4 cupgrated fresh coconut
  6. Water to bind dough
  7. 1/4 cupcurds
  8. Oil for shallow frying
  9. 1/4 cupchopped coriander
  10. 7-8chopped Curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add enough water to bind sof dough and rest for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add more water to make smooth dough as rawa will absorb water and the dough will be thick.

  3. 3

    Now grease a tawa with oil.

  4. 4

    Take a of small orange size from the dough and Pat the ball on the tawa itself.

  5. 5

    Put oil on the sides of the roti.

  6. 6

    Make 2-3 holes in the roti with your index finger.

  7. 7

    Close and cook till golden

  8. 8

    This will take around 4-5 minutes.

  9. 9

    Remove the roti with the help of spatula and serve hot with butter and chutneys of your choice.
