Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cut center core out of cabbage and place, core side down, in boiling water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until leaves are soft but not falling apart.Drain and set aside.
While cabbage simmers, heat oil in pan over med-high heat and sauté onion and ginger, garlic 1 min. Add mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes. Now add carrot, sprouts,all sauce,black papergreen chilli and salt mix well.add groundnut and sesame seeds mix well. - 2
To assemble roll, lay 1 cabbage leaf out on a flat places one TBS filling 1 to 2 inches from one edge of leaf.Fold in the side and roll it as you would a burrito,forming a compact stuffed cabbage repeat with remaining leaves and filling.Ready the your rolls and serve it sauce.
