Add milk in a pan. When it comes to a boil, add fine sooji and mix well. Sooji has to be fine.

Add salt and mix well

When it leaves the pan and looks like a roti dough

Take it out in a plate. After 15 min. knead a fine dough with your palm without lumps.

Make small round balls from this dough.

Now prepare the filling mix patato, peanuts, and all dry ingrediets

Take 1 tbsp oil in kadahi heat the oil and put the rai into oil and then pour all filling in this tadka and soute well keep aside

Take a suji balls make a round puri out of it. With the help of ur palm Place puri in a Gujiya mould and place a portion of the stuffing in the hollow part.

Apply a little milk on the edges, close the mould and press firmly.

Deep fry in the cooking oil and put it on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

It's ready to serve very helthy and tasty

Serve with Coriander chutney or tomato souce
