Steps

Soak in 2 tbsp of water or milk the saffron strands.

In a pan heat water add sugar to it and boil until sugar is melt.

Add in it the cardamom powder and saffron milk

In a kadahi heat ghee, roast rawa on low to medium flame stirring continuously until light golden colour obtained and a very nice aroma is filled all around.

Now mix sugar syrup and stir continuously not allowing any lumps to form. Quickly rawa will soak all the water and the halwa will leave the sides of pan.

Mix half of fruits nuts or seeds whatever you want.

Garnish with rest half and serve this this traditional delicacy.
