Mix rava, dahi, salt and pepper in a bowl. add water to make a dosa batter. let it rest for 10 mins.

Make thick dosas on dosa tawa. drizzle some oil and cook from both sides. do not make it crisp otherwise it will be difficult to roll them. keep aside.

Filling: heat butter in a pan. add curry leaves and saute the onions. add this to a bowl with tandoori mayo, grated cheese, chopped coriander and chopped chilli. mix well.

Apply the mayo mix to the dosa and roll. cut into 2" pieces. put it on a plate. garnish chopped coriander and serve.
