In a mixing bowl take suji, add curd and mix it.

Add approximately 1&1/2 cup water and mix it.

Add grated lauki, grated carrot, boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, crushed green chillies and crushed garlic.

Mix well and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Mix well and rest for 10-15 minutes.

Mix again and add enough water if required and keep semi thick batter.

Pour 1 teaspoon oil in the centre of batter, add fruit salt, add 1 teaspoon water over it and rotate in one direction.

Pour batter into pan greased with oil.

Now make a tadka of oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves.

Pour this tadka over handva mixture.

Keep pan on flame, cover with lid and cook for 10-12 minutes on very low flame.

When bottom side turns golden brown, flip it and cook other side for 4-5 minutes.

Yummy suji handva is ready to serve
