Peel your orange and segment it. Add 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder-(150 cals), your water, you vanilla almond milk(40 cals for 1/2c), the orange pieces, your sugar, orange extract and ice. Blend till smooth and thick. This is absolutely delicious and is a prewrkout or after wrkout meal smoothie. I drink this as my lunch, before or after my midday wrkout. You're going to love this!!! ;)
