For rolls, mix cornflour, flour, salt and water to make a thin pouring consistency batter.Heat a non stick pan. Grease it lightly with oil.Pour a ladle full of the batter and swirl the pan on all sides. Cook on both sides and remove the sheets and keep aside.

Heat the in a pan.Add onion, saute for a few minutes.Add ginger garlic paste and the rest of the ingredients cook on medium flame for a few minutes. Cover and cook on low heat till the vegetables are tender.Cool them.

Take one spring roll sheet and place a little bit of the filling and start rolling from one end. Seal the edges with water and deep fry till golden.
