Gift wrap veggie parcels

First take wheat flour and refined flour and mix carrom seeds(rub in both of yo'r palms),salt (little in quantity), oil(3-4tsp) and divide it into 2 portions.. make a medium (not too soft not too hard) dough with One part Of flour by putting little -little lukewarm water occasionally..in the other part of flour mix red food colour and make a dough like first one.. Give a rest of half an hour to the dough by covering it with a muslin cloth

Take a pan, put 1tsp of oil, heat it, splatter cumin seeds, put chopped onions and saute it for 2 minutes then tomato(remove seeds) add cheese, mashed potato, peas and greenchilli, red pepper, spice(chat masala) along with salt.. Cook for 2minutes by covering the lid..

Flame off and let the mixture cool..cut small balls from the dough and make a poori type flat surfaces with the dough balls with half of dough..make a big ball and flatten with rolling pin on the rolling board and cut thin strips as shown in the pic

Take a poori type surface, put thesmall quantity of mixture on the center of poori and wrap it from four sides and make a sqare(gift type shown in upper pic) and set a strip of red dough

Make balls of red dough and strips of other dough and make all gift wraps

Heat a frying pan by putting oil in it..fry all the gift parcels on bhi slow flame in hot oil..be carefull about the heat of oil (not to be change the colour of gift wraps)..makebows for gifts form the bhi little piece of strip and fold like a bow, fry.. keep out of oil and spread on an absorbent paper to soak the access oil..decorate the bows with silver varak
