Ingredients

  • 2आलू, टुकड़ों में कटा हुआ
  • 4टेबल स्पून मक्की का आटा/ मैदा
  • स्वादानुसार नमक
  • 1टी स्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • (डीप फ्राई करने के लिए) तेल
  • 1टी स्पून तेल
  • 2(डंठल के साथ कटी हुई) हरी प्याज़
  • 1शिमला मिर्च, टुकड़ों में कटा हुआ
  • 1टेबल स्पून लहसुन का पेस्ट
  • 2टेबल स्पून शहद
  • स्वादानुसार नमक
  • 1/4टी स्पून सोया सॉस
  • 3टी स्पून सफेद तिल
  • 3टी स्पून चिली सॉस

    एक बाउल में मक्की का आटा या मैदा, नमक और लाल मिर्च पाउडर को एक साथ मिला लें।फिर इसमें कटे हुए आलू डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें। ध्यान रहे, आलू पूरी तरह मिश्रण से लिपट जाने चाहिए।एक कढ़ाही में आलूओं को सुनहरे रंग के होने तक डीप फ्राई कर लें। साइड रख दें।ःएक कढ़ाही में तेल, लहसुन का पेस्ट और हरे कटे प्याज़ डालकर तेज़ आंच पर एक मिनट के लिए भूनें।अब इसमें शिमला मिर्च, शहद, नमक, सोया सॉस और चिली सॉस डालें। दो से तीन मिनट के लिए हल्का भूनें।फिर इसमें तले हुए आलू और सफेद तिल डालकर अच्छी तरहमिला लें।
