Fry onion with crushed garlic. Add curry and banana rings.

Fry until the banana is getting gold.

Now add chicken broth and cook covered for 15 mins.

Now add the yogurt with a small spoon of flour, cook for 1 min.

Blend together. And slices of carrot and cook for another 5 mins.

Add a bit of salt and lime juice and serve with some parsley leaves on top.
