Mix besan and buttermilk. No lumps should be there.

Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well.

Make paste of green chillies and ginger and add to batter. Whisk it nicely.

Now take a heavy bottom pan or wok. Pour 1 tsp oil. Heat. Add besan batter and stir continuously till the batter thickens on medium flame.

You need to stir continuously. Take plates or aluminium foil or plastic sheet.

You need to spread this batter on plates as fast and thin as possible otherwise lumps will be formed. Let it cool. Make strips of 1 1/2 Inch or 2 inches. Roll them. Keep these rolls in serving plate.

For tampering : Take a tadka pan. Add oil. Heat. Add mustard seeds let it splutter. Add seasam seeds. Chopped green chillies and curry pata. Pour it on khandvi rolls.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
