Heat ghee in a pan, then roast besan in it till it becomes brown in colour or it starts releasing aromat flavour.

Now add sugar in it and allow it to melt.

Then add crushed cardamom in it and mix well.

Now add water as per the need and cook it well or as per your consistency choice.

Your bean ka halwa is ready to serve.

Top it with chopped almonds and pistachios.
