Take sour curd. In a blender add curd, besan, turmeric powder, green chillies & blend all.

Heat oil in a pan add hing, methi seeds, rai, jeera & kadi leaves. Add the curd mixture, water, ginger garlic paste. Add salt & red chilli powder & let it all cook on slow fr 15 min.

Add coriander leaves & pakoda & cook fr another 5 minutes.
