Steps

In a pan, add ghee and besan flour and mix well at low flame

Mix well without lumps and mix for 10 min or till raw smell of besan disappears.

The besan mixture turns golden yellow.

Keep this mixture aside.

In a pressure cooker, add Sugar, water and oil.

Pressure cook for 5 whistles on high flame

After 5 whistles, release the pressure manually, open the lid and add the besan-ghee mixture immediately

Mix nicely and quickly

Transfer this to a GHEE greased tray and leave it for 10 min

Cut into squares while it is still warm

Enjoy mouth melting mysorepak
