Ingredients

  • 4Tomato
  • 2Onion
  • 6-7Kaju badam
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1/2 tspRoasted and crushed Cumin
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 3-4Cloves
  • 5-6Cardamom
  • 1Black cardamom
  • 1Cinnamon stick
  • 1Star anise
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 bowlCoriander leaves (chopped)
  • 4-5 tbspOil
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspKasoori methi
  • 5-6 tbspFresh cream
  • 200 gmsPaneer

Steps

  1. 1

    Take pan and switch on the gas.Once the pan is hot,add oil.

  2. 2

    Put chopped onions.When it becomes transculent,add tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add little water and once they are soft,grind them into fine paste.

  4. 4

    Now grind all the spices into fine powder

  5. 5

    Take another pan and put oil.

  6. 6

    Add chopped coriander and saute it.

  7. 7

    Now add paneer cubes and saute for 2 minutes.

  8. 8

    Once done,add turmeric powder and chilli powder.

  9. 9

    Saute for some more time.Then add tomato puree.

  10. 10

    Now add garam masala,kasoori methi and salt.

  11. 11

    Once done,add fresh cream and keep it in simmer for 2 minutes.

  12. 12

    Serve with rice or butter naan.
