Ingredients

  • 1 glasssmall glass milk
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspbesan
  • 1 tspghee
  • Little ginger Powder
  • 2Almonds and Pistachio

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add ghee

  2. 2

    Roast besan in ghee till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add milk and stir continously,no lumps should form

  4. 4

    Add sugar,and cook till it boils.finally add ginger Powder.

  5. 5

    Take out in glass or cup

  6. 6

    Garnished with chopped almonds and pistachio.

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
