First in oil put hig,Mustard seed, methi dana,kaloji and add chopped onions cook for a while till pinkish then add besan and Cooked it nicely add tomatoes (cut in 4 parts)add salt and red chilli pow and water and cover it with lid

As your tomatoes r soft and besan is cooked with masala add lemon juice your achari besan is ready
