Steps

Mix besan, rice flour,salt with water into a semi thick batter.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add rye,til, and stir.Add ginger green chillie paste and all other spices and mix.

Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Now add the besan batter,mix continuously until it forms into a soft dough.

Remove the dough in greased plate, give it a square shape and let it set for 15 minutes.

Then with a greased knife cut into square pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry or deep fry the cut pieces, until cooked and brown on both sides.It tastes good by itself.or u can eat with the chutney or sauce if ur choice.
