Ingredients

4 servings
  • For batter
  • 1& 1/2 cup cup besan
  • 1 tbspsuji
  • 1 tbspjawar flour
  • 2 tbspgrated bottle gourd
  • 2 tbspgrated tomatoes
  • 1 tsp ginger and green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • 1 tspdry coriander
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tbsfresh coriander chopped
  • as neededWater
  • For stuffing
  • 1 cuppaneer
  • 1 cupcabbage chopped
  • 1 cupcapsicum chopped
  • 1 tbshumus
  • 1ts salt
  • 1ts black pepper
  • 1ts parsley
  • 1ts basils
  • 1ts oregano
  • as neededOil for roast chila

Steps

30 minute
  1. 1

    Take all ingredients of batter.

  2. 2

    Mix all make a batter with the help of water.

  3. 3

    Add grated bottle gourd and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Now mix all ingredients of stuffing..

  5. 5

    Take a tawa Spread batter on it, put some drops of oil around chila.

  6. 6

    After golden brown change the side put the stuffing on it and roll it.

    Serve it with green chutney and humus.

    Healthy and tasty chila is ready to eat.
