Mix yeast with water and pour it in the bowl with flour. Put salt. Mix everything. Knead by hands until the mass become a ball and won't be sticky. Roll out the dough. The groung smear with tomato sauce and a bit of olive oil. Put mozzarella chunks and basil on top. Bake it in the oven.
