Ingredients

  • 1 bowlFlorets of cauliflower
  • 2Potato chopped
  • 1 tspGinger chopped
  • 1 tspGreen chilli chopped
  • 2 tbspOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspDry mango powder
  • 1 tbspGreen coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat oil

  2. 2

    Add cumin and chopped florets and potatoes

  3. 3

    Add spces

  4. 4

    Mix and cook till veggie get soft

  5. 5

    Cover tha pan

  6. 6

    Stir meanwhile............ When veggie get soft....... Put off the flame

  7. 7

    Sprinkle green chilli grinder, dry mango powder, gram masala,... Mix and serve with chapati.
