Deseed and Soak dates in little milk 15-20 minutes prior of making this shake.

Take a blender. Add peeled and cut Banana, soaked dates, walnuts and milk, blend everything.

No need to add extra sugar as banana and dates are already naturally sweet.

Garnish and enjoy this rich shake full of nutrients.
