  1. Banana-1
  2. Dates 5-6 (Deseeded)
  3. 3-4Walnuts
  4. 400 mlMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Deseed and Soak dates in little milk 15-20 minutes prior of making this shake.

  2. 2

    Take a blender. Add peeled and cut Banana, soaked dates, walnuts and milk, blend everything.

  3. 3

    No need to add extra sugar as banana and dates are already naturally sweet.

  4. 4

    Garnish and enjoy this rich shake full of nutrients.

  5. 5

    Garnish like this picture to give extra attraction for kids. They will just love it.
