Steps
- 1
Mix your spices in a bowl..add oil and mix thoroughly
- 2
Cover your oven tray with foil
- 3
Place your ribs on the foil..meaty side facing down
- 4
Rub your spice mix on the ribs and cover with foil completely such that no air or steam is going g to escape once you start baking them
- 5
Let them stay in the refrigerator for 2_3hours or overnight if you have enough time
- 6
Remove ribs from the fridge
- 7
Preheat oven to 130°C for about 10minutes
- 8
Bake your ribs for 1 hrs 30mins test at the middle rack
- 9
Add oven temperature to 225°C and let bake for 90 minutes
- 10
You will know your ribs are done once you can see more of the bones exposed
- 11
Remove your ribs from the foil
- 12
Rush with your BBQ sauce and eat them hot with maybe a green salad or ugali
- 13
You can also bake them for an extra 5minutes (be careful not to get them burnt..they burn easily once coated with sauce)
- 14
Enjoy with friends..or me😊😊😊(this is how your ribs should look once done..more bone is visible)
